OPEN FACE HAMBURGERS | |
MIX: 1 lb. hamburger meat 2 or 3 big shakes of catsup 4 or 5 shakes or Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 egg 1 sm. onion, chopped fine Spread on buns and broil until done, 10 to 15 minutes. Mix thoroughly until blended together. PUT on buns about 1/2 inch thick all the way over sides of buns so they won't burn. Broil on lowest shelf of oven. |
