OPEN-FACED HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
8 hamburger buns

Combine all ingredients. Spread mixture on each half of bun. Broil 5 minutes. Serve immediately with olives and pickles.
