CHAFING DISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Turn during baking, drain on paper towels.

SAUCE:

1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. chili sauce

Combine and heat until boiling. Pour over meat balls. Serve in chafing dish. May be prepared and frozen. Thaw and heat prior to serving.
