MEATBALLS-A LA CHAFING DISH 
1 lb. ground round steak
1 egg
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste

Mix and shape into 1 inch balls; brown in oiled skillet over low heat; place in chafing dish.
