BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk (skim)
8 oz. broccoli
1/2 c. low calorie cheese or 1 can cheese soup

Melt butter; add flour, then gradually add milk. Bring to boil. Add cheese and broccoli; cook until thick, then put in blender and serve hot.
