ASHLEY'S EASY APPLE CRISP | |
I doubled the dry ingredients because the topping is my favorite part. If you prefer less topping, use one cup of each instead of two. 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups sugar 2 cups oats 2 tbsp. cinnamon 4 large gala apples, peeled and sliced 1 large can apple pie filling 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Peel and slice all apples and combine with pie filling in 13x9-inch casserole dish. Pour melted butter into dry ingredients and fold. Once combined, and crumbly in texture, crumble over apples in dish evenly. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Once out of the oven, sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top to taste. Serve warm with ice cream! Submitted by: Ashley Frantz |
