TIFFANY'S EASY APPLE CRISP 
4 cups apples, cut up
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

TOPPING:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter

Put apples in 9x9-inch pan; sprinkle cinnamon over them. Add salt and water. Rub together flour, sugar and butter; put over apples. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Tiffany, I do a version of this - but use 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 regular. Plus sprinkle chopped pecans over. Vanilla Ice Cream on the side... Lock the doors and do not answer if anyone knocks.
