CARROT TUNA SALAD 
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. diced raw celery
2 hard cooked sliced eggs
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 cans tuna
1/2 pt. salad dressing
1 (2 1/2) can shoestring potatoes

Mix everything, except potatoes, and refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Add potatoes just before serving. Serves 6-8.
