FORTY-NINE STATE SALAD 
1 c. celery, diced
1/8 c. diced onion
1 can tuna
1 sm. can shoestring potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. salad dressing

Toss together and serve as a main dish. However, if salad will not be served immediately; do not add the shoestring potatoes until ready to eat. Otherwise, potatoes become soggy.
