SHOESTRING LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 c. grated carrots, raw
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can tuna
Onion to taste
1 c. Kraft salad dressing
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. shoestring potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs (optional)
Broccoli

Grate carrots; dice celery and onion. Mix together. Add drained tuna. Whip the cream; mix in dressing and add to vegetables. Add shoestring potatoes and hard cooked eggs just before serving. Decorate with broccoli and/or hard cooked eggs.
