VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 c. fresh broccoli, cut into 1" pieces
6 spring onions, minced
1 c. Chinese cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. capers
1 tsp. parsley, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring 1/2 cup salted water to boil and cook broccoli, onions and cabbage. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain. Saute mushrooms in butter. Combine with other ingredients.
