EASY SEASONED SALMON (OVEN OR GRILL) | |
1 lb. salmon (fresh or frozen) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (Lawry's) 1/2 tsp. sage 3 whole twigs of rosemary 3 whole twigs of thyme 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (at room temperature) aluminum foil Mix salt, lemon pepper seasoning and sage together. Rub into top of salmon. Take the foil and spread butter on one side, lay the rosemary and thyme on the butter, then place the salmon seasoned side on the butter. Close entire foil, wrapping around the salmon with a 1/4-inch hole opening on top for venting. Place in oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes for fresh or 20 to 30 minutes for frozen. Or place on hot grill for 15 to 30 minutes. Note: To tell if it is done a white foam like film will appear and the salmon will flake easily. Submitted by: Melissa Moyer |
