SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp. salad or olive oil or butter 1 lb. ground beef Brown. 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms, drained and cut up 1 can tomato soup Simmer for at least 10 minutes (the longer the better I think, but it will stick to bottom of the pan so watch closely). Dash of red pepper may be added. Cook one 8-ounce package of spaghetti; may add grated Parmesan cheese. |
