CINNAMON CRISPS 
1 c. real butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped

Mix butter, sugar, flour, egg yolk and cinnamon. Press on cookie sheet. Stir egg whites and brush on top of dough. Sprinkle chopped nuts on dough and press. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (Watch to be sure nuts do not burn.) Remove from oven and cut while hot in 50 squares. Remove from cookie sheet.
