SAVORY BREAD STUFFING (MOIST) 
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2-3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
2 tbsp. diced celery
3 qt. lightly packed day old bread crumbs

Brown sausage and drain. Combine the boiling water, sausage, butter, and onion and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuffs body cavity of a bird weighing about 8 pounds minus head, feet and organs.
