GARLIC GRITS 
1 c. grits
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
milk
corn flake crumbs

Boil water rapidly. Add grits and salt. Stir in butter and cheese while grits are cooking. Remove from stove. Beat 2 eggs in measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Combine with grit mixture. Put in casserole. Top with corn flake crumbs and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serve with dinner or burgers.
