SALMON LOAF 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can pink salmon
1 tsp. grated onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. parsley

Mix all ingredients except last two. Place on foil and roll into log. Chill overnight. Remove from foil and top with chopped nuts and parsley. Add crackers of your choice.
