CHEESE SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can pink salmon
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
2 slices bread (crumbs)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all the ingredients together. Put in a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
