PUFFY FISH CHEESE STRATA | |
1 qt. soft bread cubes 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can fish (salmon, tuna, etc.) 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. minced onion Layer bread, cheese, drained fish in lightly buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, onion, and pepper. Pour over contents of baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until set. Yield 4-5 servings. |
