SUPREME SALMON LOAF 
Lemon juice
1 lb. can pink salmon
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Add lemon juice to salmon. Cook onion in butter. Mix salmon, onion, rice, tomato soup, milk, egg, and seasoning. Put in greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
