AUDREY'S ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ginger 2 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 c. chopped dates or chopped raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. grated, raw, unpeeled zucchini (about 3 med.) Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into 2 loaf pans (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
