LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 jars (15 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cottage or ricotta cheese (low fat if desired)
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
9 lasagna noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown and drain hamburger. Mix cottage or ricotta cheese with beaten egg, shredded Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and parsley. Cook lasagna noodles as directed, drain. Mix hamburger in spaghetti sauce. Layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam; 1/3 noodles, 1/3 hamburger and spaghetti sauce, 1/3 cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
