BAKED POPCORN CRUNCH | |
6 qts. popped corn 6 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. dark syrup 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Cook butter, sugar, and syrup to 240 degrees. Remove from heat, stir in soda, salt, and vanilla. Pour over corn and bake at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Spread on flat surface to cool. |
