CHEESY BAKED TOMATOES 
1 c. coarsely chopped broccoli
4 lg. tomatoes, cut horizontally in half
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
2 thinly sliced green onions
1 egg

Cook broccoli until crispy tender. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease square pan 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Place tomatoes, cut sides up in pan. Mix broccoli and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon and spread 2 to 3 tablespoons mixture on each half of tomato. Bake uncovered 25 minutes until golden brown.
