1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. strawberry soda

Bake yellow cake according to directions on box. Poke holes about every 2 inches apart on top of cake. Mix strawberry Jello, 1 cup hot water until dissolved. Add strawberry soda and pour over cake. Chill. While cake is chilling, mix large instant pudding using only 2 cups milk. Allow thicken. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cake.
