WALNUT TOFFEE BARS 
Nabisco graham crackers (in the red box)
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a jelly-roll pan (cookie sheet with sides). Break graham crackers into 40 individual crackers and place onto the greased pan. Bring 2 sticks of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Spoon evenly over the crackers. (You must work very quickly.)

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. (Again, you must work very quickly.)
