HOT CHEESY BACON SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. horseradish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Blend cream cheese with milk. Stir in onion, horseradish and crumbled bacon. Spread into an oven proof casserole or platter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Can be served with crackers or vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
