BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring milk and butter to boil over medium heat. Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.

Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Wrap securely. May be frozen if desired. To serve if frozen, heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 5-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes about 3 dozen.
