BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with foil and grease. Bring milk and butter to boil. Add flour all at once, stirring until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoonful onto foil. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. (Can be frozen.)
