CHEDDAR - BACON SPREAD | |
1/2 lb. bacon 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper 1. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble bacon and set aside. 2. In blender; blend cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients until smooth. 3. Stir in bacon. 4. Store in refrigerator and bring to room temperature to soften. Serve with crackers or party rye. |
