FREEZER JAM 
4 c. crushed strawberries (2 qts. whole = 1 qt. crushed)
1 pkg. Sure Jell

Mix and let stand 20-30 minutes, stir.

Add:

5 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice (Real lemon bottled product works fine)
1 c. Karo light syrup

Mix well and let stand overnight. In the A.M. stir up and put into freezer containers.

Note: For raspberry jam use 3 packages of (12 ounce) frozen raspberries each per batch.
