BACON AND CHEDDAR MUFFINS 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, crumbled
Additional shredded cheese (optional)

Stir in cornmeal and sugar. Add milk and egg mixture to dry ingredients. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake at 400 degrees. 12 muffins.
