EASY CHICKEN CACCIATORE | |
4 breasts, split 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste 2 c. sliced mushrooms 1 tsp. crushed basil Salt and pepper Hot cooked pasta Remove skin from breasts. Fry until brown - drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot pasta. 4-6 servings. |
