CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3/4 c. onion, diced
3 tbsp. butter
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. fine noodles, cooked and drained
2 (10 oz.) bags broccoli, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic
6 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

In a pan, sauté onions in butter. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook until tender. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook 8 minutes. Add warm milk and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
