3 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. fruit flavored gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream

Combine unflavored and fruit flavored gelatin together. Add the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream. Pour into 9-inch square pan; chill until firm, about 3 hours. "SURPRISE." Cut into 1 inch blocks.
