ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, tomato sauce, eggs and salt. Mix just until blended. Shape mixture into loaf, put in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
