ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. lean hamburger
2 lg. eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. instant oats - dry
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
B-B-Q sauce to cover top
1/4 c. milk

In large bowl mix all dry ingredients together with fork. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients and eggs together with hamburger thoroughly, blending in milk.

Place in either loaf pan or rectangle cake pan in oven at 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with B-B-Q sauce. Return to oven and bake additional 20-25 minutes. Serve in slices.
