CROCK-POT BARBECUED BEEF 
3 to 4 lbs. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on round steak. Pound meat for a few minutes. Lightly brown meat; place in crock pot. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients.

Turn to low setting; cook for 6-8 hours or until meat can be flaked easily. Serve as steak or on buns. Makes 8-10 servings.
