SWISS STEAK ROYAL 
2 lb. round steak
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. sliced onions
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 jar homemade chili
2 tbsp. oil
12 oz. sauce

Flour steak. Pan fry with oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Take it out when sauteed. Fry steak in same pan on both sides until browned. Then add the vegetables and seasoning. Cook on low heat or bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
