SANTA'S WHISKERS 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped candied green and red cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Cream butter, sugar and add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, cherries, nuts. Form into 2 rolls (2 inches wide and 8 inches long). Roll in coconut. Wrap and chill several hours. Slice 1/4 inch thick ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
