BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cream style corn
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Combine all ingredients (except butter and crackers). Pour into baking dish. Cover with buttered crumbs. bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

An option is half the broccoli and extra buttered crumbs.
