CHICKEN ROLLS & GRAVY 
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
8 oz. cream cheese with chives & onion
1-2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Poultry seasoning
butter for melting & dipping
2 (8 oz.) count Pillsbury crescent rolls
Gravy

Mix chicken and cream cheese. If a bit dry add 1 to 2 tablespoons butter. May also add mushrooms, peas, peppers, etc. Make sure to add butter if adding any of these. Add salt and pepper to taste. Unroll and flatten out all 16 crescent rolls. Put a spoonful of chicken mix on each roll. Pull the point of roll over top of chicken. Do the same with the wide end. Pull sides around and pinch closed. Should be ball shaped. Dip in melted butter and roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Place in baking dish or large cake pan; leave a little space between rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with gravy.
