CHICKEN IN A BISCUIT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. chicken, finely chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, drained and minced
Sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls

GRAVY FOR BISCUITS:

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. pimentos
3/4 c. sour cream

Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth. Add chicken, pimento, onion, salt, and pepper. Separate dinner rolls. Place a tablespoon of chicken in the large end of the rectangle rolls. Fold ends of dough together. Moisten edges with water and pinch together. Brush the biscuit with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Gravy for Biscuits: Mix all ingredients well and heat (do not boil). Serve over biscuits.
