BISCUITS ON CREAMY CHICKEN 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Rolled biscuits
1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse peas to separate. Heat peas, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper to boiling, stirring frequently. Prepare rolled biscuits as directed on Bisquick package. Pour hot chicken mixture into baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch). Sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Bake until peas are tender, about 20 minutes. 5 servings.
