CHICKEN & BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Velveeta cheese, to taste
1 can biscuits

Bake or boil chicken until fully cooked. Pull meat from the bone and layer in a casserole dish. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise and mushroom soup with 1 can of water. When completely mixed pour over the chicken. Cut up chunks of the Velveeta cheese and place on top of the mixture. Last, place the biscuits over the top of the casserole, preferably with enough biscuits that the sides touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; or until bubbly.
