CREAMY CHICKEN & BISCUITS 
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Rolled biscuits
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
(Can add sauteed onion and/or celery)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse peas to separate. Heat peas, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper to boiling, stirring frequently.

Prepare rolled biscuits as directed on biscuit package. Pour hot chicken mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Bake until peas are tender, about 20 minutes.
