CHICKEN 'N BISCUITS 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 sm. can tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 can French fried onions
1 can flaky biscuits
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms

Cook cubed chicken (I use strips) in 1 can chicken broth and 1/2 can water until tender. Put colander in sink. Put in chicken, cooked vegetables, tomatoes, mushrooms and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Drain well. Blend soup and milk in large bowl. Add chicken and vegetable mix from colander. Mix thoroughly. Pour into medium size (about 8"x10") baking dish. Put in 350 degree oven until bubbles appear. Cook biscuits and put on top of casserole. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over top, add French fried onions and balance of cheese. Put in oven just long enough to melt cheese.
