SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
3/4 c. mashed warm potatoes
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. catsup
1 egg
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Mix the above together and form into small balls, brown in small amount of drippings. Place in a casserole dish and pour over the following: Mix 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can of water and 2 tablespoons catsup.

Bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. NOTE: Put the soup, water and catsup in the pan that you used for browning the meatballs, mix well with the meat drippings that have been left in the pan after browning.
