RHUBARB BROWNIES 
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped fine rhubarb

Mix and set aside.

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp.. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Then mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 12 cake pan.
