CHEESE AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Pour in buttered dish and top with corn flakes and butter combination. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
